The lady who checked us out was more demonstrative, efficient and informative. On the other hand, we had dinner downstairs eat Campfire the following evening and our waitress was fantastic! The person who checked us in was not very informative.
Very, very disappointing and unprofessional. Had to go up to the bar to get another drink. But no one addressed us in any way to see if there was anything else we needed or wanted. Finally a much nicer lady came along and cleared some of the plates. We moved empty glasses and plates to another table. Empty glasses and plates just left on this crowed table. We then ordered $150.00 worth of Hors d'oeuvres which were jammed on a tiny round table inside. She went around lighting other tables and just left us. Originally when we asked she complained that she did not know if anyone filled propane. She was unable to light yet just left us with no apology. We asked to sit on patio with heater lighted. We ordered drinks and she used her bare hands digging to bottoms of several jars to retrieve olives, onions, etc. She was a large girl with dark brown hair. The woman who was behind bar was very unprofessional and indicated that it was her day off. Arrived at the Great Hall Bar at 3:00pm to get a quick bite until dinner.
